DUTY TAX
Shipping is DDU (delivered duty unpaid) for all the countries that require custom taxes.

The delivery takes 3-10 business days from the point of order completion. For pre-order items, please check in advance the estimated duration of delivery days. Your order will only be shipped when all ordered items are ready to be shipped together.
- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to us and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Your orders can be exchanged or returned within 14 days on receiving the items.
- Steps
1. Make sure the items and the packages are in the same condition as you received. Box, dust bag, and everything else that came with the item must be returned together with the item.
2. Send us your name and your order number via our Contact page.
3. Send the item in the original box or a stable box so that it is not damaged on the way.
4. Your order will be refunded to the card you paid with once the request is registered with us. Upon receiving and approving your return request, the refund process takes 14 days.

Note that items that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.

- Shipping Fee
All returns and exchanges caused by product defects or packaging mistake will be processed free of shipping cost.

You can cancel your order anytime before your order being shipped.
Members can cancel orders on your order history page located in account. For non-members, please contact via contact page.

Return: your order will be refunded to the card you paid with once your return request is processed by us. Upon receiving and approving your return request, the refund process takes about 14 days.
Cancel: if you cancelled your order before it was being shipped, the refund process takes maximum 14 days.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
