Your orders can be exchanged or returned within 14 days on receiving the items.
- Steps- Make sure the items and the packages are in the same condition as you received. Box, dust bag, and everything else that came with the item must be returned together with the item.
- Send us your name and your order number via our Contact page.
- Send the item in the original box or a stable box so that it is not damaged on the way.
- Your order will be refunded to the card you paid with once the request is registered with us. Upon receiving and approving your return request, the refund process takes 14 days.
Note that items that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.
- Shipping Fee
- All returns and exchanges caused by product defects or packaging mistake will be processed free of shipping cost.
- For returns with reasons other than the above, shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. In case you are returning free-shipping orders, round shipping fee will be deducted unless your remaining items in the same order amount to the free-shipping eligible amount.
